Abstract：Adolescentidiopathicscoliosis（AIS）isthemostcommonof thespinaldeformitydisorders.Inadditiontothe severecosmeticdeformities，other complications often folow（e.g.，dyspnea，gait abnormalities，lowback pain，etc.）. Itis nowan importantpublichealth problemthreatening the healthofchildrenandadolescents.Atpresent，therearefew reportsntheresearchofinsole interventiontherapyforAIS patientsathomeandabroad，ndthereisalsosome controversy. Inorderto explore moreeficient methodsof treatingAISand to furtherunderstand theresearch progress of insole interventionintreatingAIS patients，thispaper willsynthesizetherelatedstudiesathomeandabroadanddiscuss the efficacyandroleof insoles inAIS patients，aiming to provide references forthe preventionand treatment of AIS.
