Abstract: In the traditional text-based design and development process of hazardous chemical transport vehicle monitoring and warning system,there are issues such as incomplete design processes,unclear expression,low modularity and scalability,and the inabilityto perform traceability and simulation verification. To improve the design quality and eficiency of it,model-based systems engineering(MBSE) is introduced in the conceptual design phase,and a design process for the monitoring and warning system for hazardous chemical transport vehicles is proposed. This process incorporates interaction and constraint relationships throughout each phase,centers around system requirements,clarifies the construction steps and framework of system parameters,and establishes a system model covering behavior,structure,and parameters.After verification,the model can achieveaclose integrationof the“demand-behavior-structure-parameter”four dimensions,strengthening the monitoring and warning of hazardous chemical transport vehicles and preparing for emergency situations.
