Abstract:Asasetofautomated process hasnotyet been formed forconstructing reservoircapacitycurvesusingremotesensing technology,itisproposedtodeterineteptialtresholdwiththeinflectiopontmethodoftheumulativefrequncycurebsd onthewaterbodyindexmethod.Theedgeofthe waterbodyisoptimizedbytheregionalseedgrowthalgorithm,soastoconstructa completesetofautomatedprocess toquicklyconstruct thereservoircapacitycurves.Withentinel-2remotesensingimagesasthe datasourceadCheguReservoirinWuanCityHandanCityHebeiProvinceasteresearchbect,tispaperusesielandadater image metrics,amely,NDWMDWI,RWI,BWndAWEInshtoextracttheareaofthewaterbodyostructteeor capacitycurve,andcompareitwiththeresultsofthemeasurementsin2O17.Theresultsareasfollows.Theextractionaccuracyof NDWI and RWI waterbody index is high.The average error of Chegu water body area extraction is 2. 5% . The relative error is -7 3% } (20 5.8% and -6 2% ~4. 7% , and the R2 is O.993 36 and O.990 49,respectively. The range of the relative error of the reservoir capacity is -9 4% to -1 8% and -9 3% to -1. 7% ,respectively. The study shows that the cumulative frequency curve inflection point method ishighlyaplicableandstableindeterminingtheoptimalthresholdof waterbodyindex,withasimpleandfeasibleprinciple.The regionalsedgrowthalgorithmcanefectivelyeliminatethediscontinuityattheedgeofthewaterbody,reducesystematiceo,nd furtherimprovetheaccuracy.Thecumulativefrequencycurveinflectionpointmethodprovidesanewideaforremotesensingwater bodyextraction,servingasareferenceforthebatchconstructionofnationalsmallandmedium-sizedreservoircapacitycurve extraction.
