Abstract:Aimedatregulatingthe waterlevelduringfloodseasons,controlingthdischargeandensuringthepowergeneratiooutput, flooddispathingofcasadehdropowerstationsplasanimportantroleinallviatigtefloodontrolpressureintelowerrachsof thebasinsandprotectingthelifesafetyofresidents.However,theinformationretrievaleficiencyoftraditionalflooddispatching systemsislownditisdiiulttoatisfteeqrementofidmaageen,traliddispatchngndloseooditio thisend,thispaperintroducesthebasictheoryandtechnicalmethodsofknowledgegraphs.Meanwhile,bytakingthecascade hydropowerstationintheBeipanjiang River Basinasanexample,itanalyzesthedatasuchasbasicperformanceparametersand dispatching proceduresof thereservoir.Regularexpresionmatchingandthe TF-IDFmethodareadopted tocomplete flood dispatching knowledgeextractionandintegration,andtusconstructafloddispatchingrulelibraryandschemeset.Additioaly,a top-downappoach isemployed tobuildakowledgegraphforflooddispatchinginthebasin,facilitateinformationretrievalnd enable intellgentarlywaingandautomaticshemepushforfloods,therebyprovidingreferencesfortheconstructionof intellgent flood dispatching systems in basins.
