Abstract:Thereisdificultyingraspingtheopportunityofsavingfreshwaterandloweficiencyofsavingandstoringfreshwatern emergencydispatchingofsavingandstoringfreshwaterinivernetworkaeasinfluencedbysaltwateritrusionTothisend,coding to watersystemconitions,hydrodynamichracteristics,ndsaltwaterintrusionulesinivernetworkaeasinflendbyaltwater intrusion,thispaperbuildsanemergencydispatchingmodelforsavingandstoringfreshwaterbasedontherawwatersysteminthese areas.Theemergencydispatchingincludesfourparts:savingfreshwaterbythesluice,storing fresh waterbybranches,regulating saltwaterbyresevoirs,andsuppingfresh waterbypupsatios.Aditionallnempicalaalysis isarrdoutineeeof Zhongshanand Zhuhai inthePearlRiverDelta.Theresearchshows thatthewatersuplysecurityindryseasonscanbeffectively guarantediftevolumeofbrancheswithintheLeveeof Zhongshanand Zhuhai ismadefulluseof,thejointdispatchingof Majiao Sluice,Lianshiwan Suice,DenglongshanSluice,andDayongkou SuiceisconductedandfreshwaterissavedfromModaomen Waterwayintermitentlytostorefreshwaterinthebranches.Besides,whenthesalinityofModaomen Waterwayexceedsthestandard level,TielushanReservoirisemployedtodrainthefresh waterandregulatethesalinitywhichcanfurtherimprovethewaterupply security and alleviate the influence of saltwater intrusion. 咸潮上溯是河口地区的自然灾害现象,近年来受枯季上游径流减少、口门形态和拦门沙的消长与运移、海平面季节变化、航道整治和河道挖砂等因素影响,中国诸多河口三角洲的咸潮危害愈发严重。(剩余9224字)
