信用监管——食品产业高质量发展的新抓手

摘要

社会信用体系建设已经成为独具中国特色的社会治理创新实践。在我国食品产业进入高质量发展的新形势下，加大食品产业信用监管的制度供给重要而紧迫。基于法治刚性与信用韧性的互动互补，数字信用、“法治+信用”的探索为信用监管发展提供了新的方向。

█ Credit Supervision：A New Lever for High-quality Development of the Food Industry

Abstract

The construction of a social credit system has become an innovative practice of social governance with unique Chinese characteristics. In the new form of high-quality development of China’s food industry， it is important and urgent to increase the institutional supply of credit supervision for the food industry. The exploration of digital credit and “rule of law+credit” provides new directions for the development of credit supervision.
