粮食加工中真菌毒素分子甄别标准与绿色脱除
摘要
在粮食安全这一重要领域,尤其是粮食原料在田间采收、运输、流通过程以及加工环节中存在真菌毒素混合污染的风险。本文给出了我国粮食安全面临的真菌毒素问题,探讨了发现隐藏真菌毒素的研究路径,指明了绿色脱除真菌毒素的研究方向。

█ Identification Criteria and Green Removal of Mycotoxin Molecules in Grain Processing

Abstract
In the important field of food security, especially the risk of fungal toxin contamination during the harvesting, transportation, circulation, and processing of grain raw materials in the field. This article presents the mycotoxin problem facing China’s food security, explores research pathways for discovering hidden mycotoxin, and points out research directions for green mycotoxin removal.
