AbstractObjective]ToestablishaGCmetodcombinedwithdrivatiationandtealstandardforthedeteminationoffatyacidsinr finedperllasdilMetdTidpillseedilsaplewaspreparedyethsterifationwiheptadeaicacidsite nalstandard,andnalydygilentcapilarycolunDB-waouledwithameiozatodetetorFD).Resultelineaelatip of palmitic acid,steraric acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid and ∝ -linolenic acidwas good( R2⩾0 .9990)within the range of O.O31 92- 0.319 20,0.010 68-0.106 80,0.078 40-0.78400,0.0768-0.768 00 and 0.30000-3.000000mg/mL ,respectively. The precisions and recoveries were up to the mustard,and the contents of the fatty acids were 5. 98% , 1.87% , 15. 1% , 14.6% and 53.9% ,respectively. [Conclusion]Tismetodwasuratefothedeterinationoffivetycidsinefidperillseedoilandwouldbeusedasafective method for quality control and function evaluation of perilla seed oil.
