AbstractA pot experiment was conducted with three treatments ：normal control（normal soil + clear water），stress control（stressed soil + clear water），and remediation treatment（stressed soil + DA-6）.At the 8-leaf stage of tobacco，the effects of DA-6 spraying on the activities ofnitrateeductase（N），nvertase（Inv），andadenosinriosphatase（Pase）intheleavesoftobacounderdicloroqnolineacid stresswerestudiedTesultssowdthatthtvitisoftereenzsinteavesoftobaointhtereatmntseineder of normal > DA-6 remediation > stress.The results indicated thattheactivities of the three enzymes in the leaves of tobacco under dichloroquinolineacidstressafterDA-6sprayingwerehigherthantoseofthtressedplantsandslightlylowertantoseofthenoalplantsTheD-6 treatmentofstresedplantscouldeancetetrognbonandeergetabolismfteplants，dicatigthatD-6dcea diation efect on the activities of the three enzymes in tobacco under dichloroquinoline acid stress.
