AbstractA pot experiment was conducted with three treatments :normal control(normal soil + clear water),stress control(stressed soil + clear water),and remediation treatment(stressed soil + DA-6).At the 8-leaf stage of tobacco,the effects of DA-6 spraying on the activities ofnitrateeductase(N),nvertase(Inv),andadenosinriosphatase(Pase)intheleavesoftobacounderdicloroqnolineacid stresswerestudiedTesultssowdthatthtvitisoftereenzsinteavesoftobaointhtereatmntseineder of normal > DA-6 remediation > stress.The results indicated thattheactivities of the three enzymes in the leaves of tobacco under dichloroquinolineacidstressafterDA-6sprayingwerehigherthantoseofthtressedplantsandslightlylowertantoseofthenoalplantsTheD-6 treatmentofstresedplantscouldeancetetrognbonandeergetabolismfteplants,dicatigthatD-6dcea diation efect on the activities of the three enzymes in tobacco under dichloroquinoline acid stress.
