Establishing SensivityBaselineandFungicide-resistance Monitoring ofPathogen ofPhalus dongsun tProchloraz Manganese Chlo ride Complex

LIU Zhong-xuan,WANGJing,WANGFang(Guizhou AcademyofSciences/GuizhouInstituteof Biology,Guiyang,Guizhou5009) AbstractIdertofurterexploresensitivityandesistanceofTrichodeatomentosum,thpathogenofPalusdongsungenold,to Prochloraz Manganese Chloride Complex,the sensitivity of 133 isolates of T. tomentosum to the fungicide was determined by the method of mycelialgrowthrateandtesesitibaselinwastablisdesistantsolatesandfrequencyeredeteedusingthemetdofinimuminhibitoryconcentrationandteresistancelevelsofdiferentisolateswerealsoevaluated.Theresultsindicatedthattheangeof EC50 valuesofProchlorazManganeseChlorideComplexwasfrom0335to7.6941mg/LThesenstivityfrequencydisributionshowedacotiuous unimodalcurve,hichasininewithtenoraldistributionyK-Smethod.Tetestedstrainsdidnotshowsignificantdugresistane.The average value ( 3.8572mg/L )of EC50 can be used as sensitivity baseline to Prochloraz Manganese Chloride Complex.There are significant diferencesinesesiivityofstaisofpatogstPrcloazMangaseCodeComplexirentegosostfestedtais aresensitive or low resistant. Their average frequency is 85.23% . This indicates that the fungicide still has good antibacterial effect. Only a few strains are high resistant and the average frequency is 8.93% . The results of this study will provide a theoretical basis for the control of T. tomentosum by Prochloraz Manganese Chloride.
