AbstractObetie]Tostablishacompletegaschromatogaph-tripleuadupoleandemmasspectrotrymethodfosulaousdetermination of 15Eu -controlled polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in tea.Method]The tea samples were saponified,extracted withn-hexane, purifiedbyDV,ndtensujectedtotrogenbowingtooncentratetm.Tisexperientdoptedacobinatioofultipleteolgis toachievequaliatiendantitatiealsof5lyclicromaticrocarboncpoudsmong tultiompotsaatio singShimaduS--cpilyoaogapyo,uiplesposeongodefordataltiotealdd methodforquantiatiealysis.Result]Teliarcoelatioof5olylicromatichdrocarbncompoudsasstrongatocatios ranging from 4 to 200ng/mL ,the correlation coeffcients exceeded O.999,and the limit of quantitative (LOQ)was 2μg/kg . The average recovery rate from the negative tea matrix at 2 concentrations of 1O and 50μg/kg was 74.2%-109.0% ,the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.7%-9.5% ( n=6 ). The detected content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in155 batches of commerciall available tea samples was 0-667.7μg/kg .[Conclusion]Thismethodhastheadvantagesof higheficiency,highprecision,highonvenience,highselectivityandstrong operability,whichcanefectivelyreducematrix interferenceandprovidetecnicalsupportforfuture teaqualityandsafetysupervision.
