AbstractObjective]Toexplorethegrowth-promotingefectoftwostrainsofedophyticbacteria（W4-1andW8-22）.Method]The experimentwasonducdinpots，witBacilussubtilisW4-1，aciluspumilusW-22，Controdsterileater（CK）asosiiotrol. Thethre straiswereccultuedwithA.lmorinianmsdingsfor50das，andgrowhidexes，ODandSOactivitisandcoet wereobservedtoalyeandcomparethgrowt-promotingefctsofthtwostrainsofylograssol.ResulteectsofstrainsW4-1 andW8-22oegowthofAvlmoriianmeedlingsweresimilartothoeofCotroltrain，othoftmcouldpromotetherowthofAil morinianumsedlings，ndtheirpromotionefectontheudergroundpartwasgreaterthanhatontheabove-groundpart；amongthe，compared with CK，the root weight of A . vilmorinianum seedlings of W4-1 and W8-22 increased significantly by 33.33% and 47.92% ，respectively，and the dry weight of leaves increased significantly by 62.50% and 50.00% ，respectively. The leaf SOD and POD activities increased，and theMDAcontentdereased，hilethclorophyllontentandsolublesugarcontenterelowertantoseofCK.Conclusion]edoptc bacteriastrainsW4-and-22othdaprootigetoAoriniasds，ndtestsacevedyai-2. However，furtereseachisededtoetenetrtereisocetratoectothgowthofimoiandingythe two strains.

黄草乌（Aconitum vilmorinianumKom.）为毛茛科（Ranun-culaceae）乌头属（Aconitum）多年生草本植物，是云南独具特色的道地中药材，其药用部位为含多种活性有毒二萜生物碱的侧生块根，具有祛风散寒、活血止痛、解毒消肿等作用，是云南白药气雾剂、云南白药膏、云南红药、百宝丹、无敌膏、虎力散等多种“云药”重要原料。（剩余6906字）
