AbstractThesinglefactorandorthgonalexperimentswereusedtooptiizethecompostionandcontentofliqudculturemedforBacil lus velezensis 2O-1O,the optimal culture medium components were maltose 20.0g/L ,starch 10.0g/L ,yeast paste 12.5g/L ,NaCl 1.0g/L (2 (NH4)2SO43.0g/L . In this culture medium,the bacteria concentration was 45.5×108 CFU/mL,which increased by 106.82% compared to thebasicculturemdiufeeingcluredinstrain2O-10shakeflasksfor7hourseotialfermentationparametersobdbtimizing the fermentation conditions of 20-1Othrough single factor and response surface experiments were inoculation amount 2.0% , temperature 30% ,and pH7.0 .Undertheseoptimized conditions,thebacterial concentrations obtained by expandingthe cultivation of the strains in 20L and 500L fermenters for 64 hours were 52.0×108 and 160.5×108 CFU/mL,respectively,which were 1.36 and 6.30 times higher than the basic culture medium.
