Cloning and Expression Analysis of Transcription Factor OsABF5 Gene in Rice

Abstract RT-PCR technology was used to obtain the complete cDNA sequence of the OsABF5 gene from the self-bred restorer line rice material“R1sidsatalisdepresioaracestcaliserbioticrssofeee total length of OsABF5 gene is 1023bp ,encoding 340 amino acids.The instability index of its encoded protein is 57.91,and the average hydrophilicity is -0.611 ,indicating that it is anunstable hydrophilic protein.Itpossesses bZIP46 domain and belongs tothebZIP superfamily, without transmembrane domains or signal peptides. It is distantlyrelated to OsABF1 inrice and most closely related to TdABF5 in Triticum dicocoides.ThepefOBisstld,istildspdo anther,leafdoExpresioracterstcalsodatieratu,tpatureouhtdalreli it the expression of the OsABF5 gene.
