AbstractThefectsofGAandcyanamideonthegernationofgrapeNeo-Muscatweresudied,andtheapproprateconcetratioadoakingtimewereselected.TheseedsofNeo-Muscat,Italy,Milk,SP6164andEuropeanandAmericangrapes,ShineMuscat,Kyohoand Xiaguang,weresoakedwithexogenousGAandcyanamide,andthengerminatedtostudythegerminationofseds.Theresultsshowedthathe seddormancyofVviniferaNo-Muscatwasnotverystrict.TegerminationrateandgerminationpotentialofseedscouldbeimprovedbyGA andcyanamidetreatentThegerationrateandgernationpotentialireasdstsignificantlybysoakingin3mg/GAfor24hnd soakingin5tisofcanaidfor5AfterGndcaaderant,theeatioateadgeationptetialofiplodEua siangrapeItalianNiunai664nddiploidEuropeanndAmericangrapeShneMuscat increasdsignificantlyndthegeatioate ofGAtreatmentashigherthantatofyaaidetreatentThegerationateadgrinatiopotetialoftetraploidEuropanadercanKyohograpeincreasedgfcantlyfterGtreamentndinreasedafercyaamidetreamentTeiatioateandgatioo tential of tetraploid Xiaguang GA and cyanamide did not increase significantly,and the highest was only 5% :
