AbstractThemoderatelyesistantvarietyXumaiDH9(caryingFhl)wasrosedwiththeehighsusceptibilityvarieties(Xuai192, Aikang 58Pm21 ,andXumai 35)exhibiting superior agronomic traits.Progenies were subjected tofield selectionusing thepedigree breeding method.CdominantdiagnostcarkerswereemploedtosreenFblin54advancedlines,folowedbyevaluatiosofFBesistancepen types(spray inoculation and soil-surface inoculation) and major agronomic traits.Lines carrying Fhb1 showed significantly lower disease severitythan non-carriers,with reductions in both single-floret injection infection rate( SFI:P=0.002 )and soil-surface inoculation disease index (I )I:P=0.001 ). No significant differences (P>0.05) were observed between genotypes in plant height,growth period,1 OOO-grain weight, spikesoryield.Sixb-positivelines(e.g,Xu261)demonstratedsuperirldandplantheightcomparedtotecontrolvarietyJii 22,while maintaining moderate FHB resistance.
