AbstractObjectieTxploretantioxidantactivityofetaoletractsofSangusobteufoliaatdierentoncentratiosdeter minetheptiallceatifotactiofefoletdEaltactsoffadsigi centrations of ethanol（ 20% 50% 75% 90% ）.The antioxidant activities， including DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging rates ，as well as reducingpower，eremeasuredditioalythontentsoftotallyholsadfavodsineetractsedteind.sulte 75% ethanolxtractofS.tenufoliahdgodantioxidantproperties，nludingDPPHandBfreradicalsavengingratesasellasducingpowerAttei，eotalolyolandavoodontetoftextractalshowdaighlevel，sigifcantlyeraotr concentrations of ethanol extracts.[Conclusion 175% ethanol is the optimal extraction concentration of S.tenuifolia.
