AbstractInodertofurtherclarifytesalingprobleminteobaccodyingdrumandxplorethtreamntstrategtedataatisticsand detectionetodsesdmpaedalytngdatapcityottrolbiltyillced steamconsumpoftoesofupetwidifrentsalinggres.ealltemperaturedistrbutioufoityasivd theclasificationdtreaentofdryersaleprevetioeprosptedTesultssodtattrerediferencsineopatigange ofbatchmateldosofsiengsdeigddai bout 20kg/h ;withtheseverityofwallscaling，thefluctuationofprocess hotairflowandthedisturbanceof processhotairtemperatureincreased，the tail stock delay time increased by 30s ，and the steam consumption increased by 65kg/h .In addition，the adhesion and accumulationofwallparticlesaleaetedtuifoityofedumalltemperatureistrbutionndelocaltemperaturedifrenes8 C ;there wasaninteractivefectbetwenthesalingtieandthestepriskofproductqualityafterdescaling.Teproductqualityandtreamentcost shouldbeconsideredcomprehensivelyndascalepreventionstrategyofclasificationtreatmentandprecisepolicyshouldbeadopted.
