AbstractObective]TooptiizetheforingprocsofPlygonatumcytonemagaules.Metodolygonatumcyonemawasgaulated usingextractpowdertrouhwetetod.Teatioofriqueing,angleofrepose,disolutionratendoistureontentwerusedasquality evaluatiodicatorsTeoptialfoingproessofPolygonatumytoemagaulsassreedthoughsinglefactorexperimentsd thogonalexperimentsBesides,thsoberingfectof tegalesasexplod.Resut]eotialforingprocessoflygoatuco ma granules for orthogonal experiment was as follows: the ratio of extract to mixed excipients was 1:4 , the ratio of lactose to dextrin was 1:1 , and the wetting agent was a 90% ethanol solution by volume.The Polygonatum cyrtonema granules prepared by this process could prolong the latencyandduratioofdrunkeessinintoxicatedmce,ichwasosistentwiththesberigeftofPolygoatumconemwateetract. [Conclusion]isfoingprocessaseasytooperateandexibitedsientifcfasibity,andcouldprovidecertainrefereneforiustrial production.
