AbstractObective]TooptiizetheforingprocsofPlygonatumcytonemagaules.Metodolygonatumcyonemawasgaulated usingextractpowdertrouhwetetod.Teatioofriqueing，angleofrepose，disolutionratendoistureontentwerusedasquality evaluatiodicatorsTeoptialfoingproessofPolygonatumytoemagaulsassreedthoughsinglefactorexperimentsd thogonalexperimentsBesides，thsoberingfectof tegalesasexplod.Resut]eotialforingprocessoflygoatuco ma granules for orthogonal experiment was as follows： the ratio of extract to mixed excipients was 1：4 ， the ratio of lactose to dextrin was 1：1 ， and the wetting agent was a 90% ethanol solution by volume.The Polygonatum cyrtonema granules prepared by this process could prolong the latencyandduratioofdrunkeessinintoxicatedmce，ichwasosistentwiththesberigeftofPolygoatumconemwateetract. [Conclusion]isfoingprocessaseasytooperateandexibitedsientifcfasibity，andcouldprovidecertainrefereneforiustrial production.
