AbstractObective]ToexploretherelationshipsbetweenthegrowthofPhaeocstisglobosacoloesandthenvironmentalfactos.et odTefectsalcschhtsitympauedsss colonies,thedaerflodmbeofcelsioloalyd.esultUderlbatoryoiios globosacoloniesreachedastablegrowthstageat8daysandadeclineperiodat12days.Whentheconditonsoflightintensityof (204号 62.5μmol/(m2⋅s) and above,temperature range of 20-26°C ,inoculation size of 1%-4% ,higherinitial NO3- concentration ( 128- (204号 440μmol/L and PO43- concentration ( 8-24μmol/L ),Phaeocystis globosa colonies could grow rapidly,with higher the number of colonies, largerthespeificgrowthateorgtameterofolosadteumbrofgalcelsieolos.Coclusio]higlightin tensity,temperature,inoculation amount,initial NO3- concentration,and certain initial PO43- concentration could promote the growth of colonies,which provided basic data for the early warning of red tide by Phaeocystis globosa colonies.
