AbstractObective]Indertoinvestgatetechangesincarbhyrateandalkaloidacumulationduringtheulbevelopmentproesof Lycorisshansis,sokillprvidathetialsisfeleatigtethdalaldcculatioofLyoisbod Materialsfrodiferentsagsoflevelopentwereudtoivestigatetangsinubgoth,alodotent,Galostsisat waygeneexpresiocarbohdratecotentandeeactivituringtebubevelopntprocs.Result]Withheevelotofth bulb,thedameeedofllosndtelat. Among the three important alkaloids,galantamine(Gal) had the highest content in S4,reaching 457.31μg/g ,while lycoramine(Lycm)and lycorine(Lyc)adtegstconentiSat826.d65.32/espetiely.GalLyadLcprductioeealstin S4. The expression levels of PAL,C4H,OMT genes were increased as the bulb developed. The overall content of carbohydrates increased with thebulbdevelopment,andteactivitiesoftahstsisezes(AGPase)gaule-bundachsase(GBS)andublesachs thase(SSS)oetaereeleratigsachstsis;tectiiyfaasedtaseisloed byacelerating ebeakdoftarhintosolublsugars.Conclusion]issdyprelinarilyevealedthangesincarbohdrateadal kaloidmetabolisduingthulvelopentprossofLycorisshanesis,bohdratelvelsontiets,hileakalodtet peaksattheS4stag,tisokwillprovdeateoreticalbsisfeleratingthgrowhandaaloidaccuulatioofLorisbbsusg lecular biology and other methods in the future.
