Using these 4 functional markers,a sum of 91.07% of the aromatic rice germplasm resources could be accurately identified,andthereagatealsylongtootreportedeallcraontysofd,ootainwoagsGeplasm resourceswihdE7rbd-Eaplotandcorrspoingfunctioalakersouldeeielyappedtoefragranrieti bredingandsedpuritydetecting.Conlusion]Theresultsprovidedasientificbasisforthegeneticdiversityanalysisofromaticege plasm resources and the breeding of high-quality aromatic rice varieties.
