不同品质类型海岛棉可纺性研究

摘要 采用常规棉纺精梳工艺,评价不同品质类型海岛棉的可纺性。结果表明:纺高号纱时马克龙值较高的品种能有效控制棉结,纺低号纱时纤维细度和断裂比强度更有利于纱线强力的提升,纤维长度长有利于棉结的控制,而较高断裂比强度有利于提升纱线强力。

Study on the Spinnability of Island Cotton of Different Quality Types

Abstract The spinnability of different quality types of Island cotton was evaluated by using conventional cotton spinning combing process. The results show: the higher Macron value can effectively control the neps when spinning high count yarn, the fiber fineness and fiber strength are more useful to the improvement of yarn strength when spinning low count yarn, the long fiber length is helpful to control of the neps, and the higher fiber strength is beneficial to the improvement of yarn strength.
