基于OBE理念的细胞工程课程混合式教学模式研究

摘要 细胞工程是生物科学专业实践性很强的骨干课程之一。为适应应用型人才需求,从师范专业认证需求出发,分析了细胞工程课程的教学现状。基于OBE理念,从教学目标制定、教学内容优化、教学模式革新和评价方式完善等方面阐述了课程建设的思路和措施,以期为提高课程教学质量和相关专业课程的教学改革提供依据。

Research on Blended Teaching Mode of Cell Engineering Course Based on OBE Concept

Abstract Cell engineering is a practical backbone course for biological science major. In order to meet the demands of applied talents, this article analyzed the teaching status of cell engineering course from the requirements of teacher professional certification, elaborated theconstruction ideas and measures of this course based on the OBE concept from the aspects of setting teaching goal, optimizing the teaching contents, innovating the teaching model, improving the evaluation methods, so as to provide the basis for improving the quality of curriculum teaching and the teaching reform of the related professional courses.
