乡村振兴背景下“多规合一”实用性村庄规划编制探索

——以原阳县葛埠口乡娄彩店村为例

摘要  以问题为导向，分别从村庄规划的定位、规划基础、规划指标、产业布局、居民点布局、人居环境整治等方面，探讨了乡村振兴背景下“多规合一”实用性村庄规划的编制要点，以期为平原农区村庄规划引领乡村建设行动提供借鉴。

Abstract  This paper was problem oriented and explored the compilation points of practical village planning based on “multiple plans integration” under the background of rural vitalization from the aspects of orientation of village planning， planning basis， planning indicators， industrial layout， settlement layout， living environment improvement， etc.， in order to provide reference for the lead of village planning on rural construction actions in plain agricultural areas.
