食品技术原理课程思政建设的探索与实践
摘要将思政元素融入专业课程是新时代教育背景下实现“全程育人、全方位育人”的基本要求。以食品技术原理课程为例,结合课程知识特点和教学目标,阐述了课程思政教育的必要性,深度挖掘和分析思政要素融合的切入点及思政教育的实践要点,使课程思政和思政课程同向同行,为食品专业课程思政教育制度体系的建立奠定基础。

AbstractIntegrating ideological and political elements into professional courses is the basic requirement to realize “whole process and all-round education” under the educational background of the new era. This article taking the course of Principles of Food Technology as an example, combined with the characteristics of curriculum knowledge and teaching objectives, the necessity of curriculum ideological and political education was expounded, the entry point of the integration of ideological and political elements and the practical key points of ideological and political education were deeply excavated and analyzed, so as to make the curriculum ideological and political and ideological and political courses go hand in hand, and lay a certain foundation for the establishment of the ideological and political education system of food majors.
