六盘水野生蔬菜产业化发展建议

摘要六盘水野生蔬菜资源丰富,但开发利用较少,且规模较小。对六盘水野生蔬菜现状进行分析,根据野生蔬菜产业化发展常见问题,提出当地野生蔬菜产业化发展的建议,以期为当地野生蔬菜开发利用提供思路。

Research on the Industrialization of Wild Vegetable in Liupanshui

AbstractLiupanshui City has rich natural wild vegetable resource, which has not been well exploited or utilized, so the scale is very limited.This paper elaborated the current situation of wild vegetable, and some common problems in its industrialization process. Some advises were offered to effectively improve the growth of the industrialization of wild vegetable.

野生蔬菜,简称野菜,是指未经人工栽培,自然生长在山野、荒坡、路边、沟渠、田埂等各种地块,受不同气候、土壤、水分等天然环境而自行生长的,可供人们采摘、作为蔬菜而食用的一类植物群体[1]。(剩余4725字)
