党建引领科技事业高质量发展“五个一”模式实践与探索

———以江苏省农业科学院宿迁农科所为例

摘要以研究党建引领科技事业高质量发展为目标，针对科研单位在发挥党建引领方面存在认识不全面、创新性缺乏、激励措施不足、考核体系不健全等问题，在江苏省农业科学院宿迁农科所探索开展“五个一”模式实践与探索，找准党建与业务能够更好融合的结合点，切实发挥党建的引领作用。

AbstractAiming at the problems of incomplete understanding， lack of innovation， lack of incentive measures and unsound assessment system of scientific research institutions in playing the leading role of party construction， this paper explores the practice of “five-ones” mode in Suqian Agricultural Research Institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences， so as to find a better integration point between party construction and business， give full play to the leading role of party building.
