洮惠渠灌区不同尺度耗水监测研究

摘要 在对甘肃省洮惠渠灌区和典型地块进行引退水监测试验的基础上,采用引排差法开展不同尺度耗水系数率定工作。结果显示,灌区和典型地块2016年耗水系数分别为0.721和0.571。灌区和典型地块耗水系数表现出一定的尺度效应,灌区尺度上耗水系数明显高于典型地块尺度。

Monitoring on Water Consumption at Different Scales in Taohuiqu Irrigation Area

Abstract Based on the monitoring experiment on the water diversion and return in Taohuiqu irrigation area and typical plots in Gansu Province,the water consumption coefficient at different scales was calculated by  diversion and discharge difference method. The results showed that the water consumption coefficients of irrigation area and typical plots in 2016 were 0.721 and 0.571 respectively. The water consumption coefficients of irrigation area and typical plots showed a certain scale effect,and the water consumption coefficient in irrigation area was obviously higher than that of typical plots.

甘肃省水资源时空分布不均衡,河西内陆河流域土地面积占全省土地面积近60%,但水资源量仅占全省水资源量的19%[1];甘肃省黄河流域属干旱半干旱地区,黄河流域人口占全省总人口的70%以上,自产水资源量不到全省水资源量的50%[2],水资源供需矛盾突出已成为甘肃省国民经济和社会发展的最大制约因素。(剩余8646字)
