Abstract:Theelectromagneticbearingisacorecomponentofintegratedcompressorunits,anditsreliabilitydirectlyffects theoperationalstabilityToadresstechallengesofinsuffiientfaiuresamples,diffcultiesineliabilityaesmentandinadequateriskquantificationforelectromagneticbearingsofthehigh-power integratedcompressorunit,thisstudyproposesa stateanalysismodelforelectromagnetic bearings basedonfailuremodeand efectsanalysis(FMEA)and Bayesiannetwork (BN).Byintegratingpriorknowledgewithobserveddata,themodelcanefectivelyhandletheincompleteanduncertaininformation,identifying21potentialfailuremodesofelectromagneticbearingsandtheirimpacts.Basedontheasessmntresultsofseverity,occurrenceanddetectability,thefailuremodeswererankedbyrisk,andthehigh-riskfailuressuchasbear ingcollapse,frictional wear,powersupplyfaultsandbearingcorrosionwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatriskvaluesof auxiliarybearingcoapse,frtionloss,owerflure,earingcooion,mainontrolbardfure,signaltrnsiofailure,etc.arerelativelyhigh.Thecorrespondingoptimizationand improvement measuresproposed basedonthecharacteristicsof failure modescan reduce theprobabilityand impactoffailures,and lowertheresearchand development costs.
