温度对旋风分离器分离性能和流场影响的MP-PIC模拟

Abstract:Innuclearindustry,cycloneseparatorisoftenusedfor gas-solidseparationincircumstancessuchas transporting, processng anddust-controlingof uraniumcompound powders.Inthis study,theinfluenceof temperatureontheseparation performanceandflow fieldofacyclone separatorwas simulated byusing thecommercial software Barracuda basedonthe MPPIC model.Theaimofthis studyistotestthefeasibilityofMP-PICmodel inpredicting theperformanceofthecycloneseparator.TheresultsshowthattheMP-PIC modelcansimulatethe influencetrendsof inletgasvelocityandtemperatureon the performanceindicatorsof thecyclone separator.The predicted performanceandflow field parameter variationlawsaregenerallingoodagrementwiththeexperimentalresults.However,thepredictedvortexstrength isquantitativelyweakerhanexperimentalresults,andthis ismainlyreflected inthefactthatthepressuredropandgasvelocityobtainedfromthesimulation areboth tosome extentlowerthan theexperimentalvalues.This isrelated tothelargeeddyturbulencemodelandtherelatively low grid resolution used in the simulation.
