Abstract:【Objective】BasedontheetiregenomeofLycumbarbarum,teidentifcationofthegenefamilyelatedtotesthsisof ZeaxanthindipalmitateamelyDX,ascadouttoaleitsexpressncharacteristicsuringtedevelopentpodfLm barbarumandprovidecandidategenesfortheanalysisof Zeaxanthindipalmitatebiosynthesis.【Method】Utilizingthewhole-genome datandtranscriptomedataofLyciumbarbarum,theLbDXSgenefamilywasidentifiedthroughbioinformaticsmethods.Itssequence characteristicsnestructure,ysicochemicalpoptisofincidsonseedproteidmai,ygeeticelatiosi thefamilytuedstdfret barbarumwereexamined.【Result】Atotalof7LbDXSgenefamilieswereidentifed.Theirsequencecharacteristicsrevealedhatall ofthemcontainedtheconservedstructureofDXSandwereclusteredintofourcategoriesthroughevolutionarytreeanalysis.Among them,thegrouplfamilyhadthelargestnumberofmembers.ThesevenLbDXSgenesweremainlydistributedonthefivechromosome. Themulti-speciesvotionarytrealyisdicatedthattemembersoftesaeamilyereevoutionrilyoseeddit wasspeculatedthattheyhadsimilarfunctionsingeneticevolution.Theanalysisofthepromotercis-actingelementsshowedthathe activationregioofteLDetadespoingtsaedtolitsposeoesoetald forth.ThecolinearanalysisdemonstratedthattheLbDXSgenehadsimilarfunctionsintheevolutionofthesoanaceae.Theexpsion levelsofLbDX2,LbDX3,andLDX4increasedsigniantlyfromthefruitsagetotheipenngsgeuggestingatb2, LbDXS3,andLbDXS4mightplayacrucialrole intheaccumulationof Zeaxanthindipalmitate.【Conclusion】Sevenmembersofthe LbDXSgenefamilywereidentifiedbasedontheentiregenomeofLyciumbarbarum,allofwhichcontainedtheconserveddomain ofDXS.Evolutionaryanalysisspeculatedthattheirfunctions wersimilaramongthespeciesof thesolanaceaefamily.Amongthem, LbDXS2,LbDXS3,andLbDXS4weresignificantlyexpressedduringthestagefromthefruitstage totheipeningstageinLycium barbarum.Theseresultsindicatethat theyhavepotentialregulatoryfunctionsinthebiosynthesisofZeaxanthindipalmitate.
