Abstract:【Objective】Utilingnon-targetedmetabolomicstechnologytoinvestigatetheimpactofChysomyxadeformans (Diet.) JacZ.onthemetabolitesofPschrenkiana.Thefindingsaimtoprovideatheoreticalbasisforthepreventionandcontrolofustdisease inP.schrenkiana【ethd】IntissudyurrentearalthnddseasedPsrenianaootsdleaveseccted targetedmetabolomicsstudywasconductedusing liquidchromatography-masspectrometry(LC-MS)technology.Thediferecein metabolites between healthy and diseased P.schrenkiana were compared, thresholdsof P>1.0 ,fold change >1.500 or fold change < 0.667 and P<0.05 were set for screen diferential metabolites and the metabolic pathways were annotated through the KEGG database. Furthemoreepthalysisoftefolateotsisphayteeeidosythsisataydtetyateabls pathwaywasconducted.【Result】SignificantdiferenceswereobservedinthemetabolitesofhealthyanddiseasedP.schrenkiana. Therewere57and418sigfantlydierentmetabolites(DMs)intpositivandegativeiomodesespectivelyeitial metabolicproductsweremainlyannotatedtoenvironmental informationprocessng,gneticinformationprocesing,andetabolic pathways.DataaalysisfroteKEGbubblechartdicatedthatthfolatebosyesispathwaydtepenoidbiosythesisathway andbutyrate metabolismpathwayplayedcrucialroles inthepathogenesis processofthepathogenonthehost.【Conclusion】Rust fungusinfectionsiiicantlyectstemetabolitesofshekinaadmetabolomicsaalysissggststatteathogetriger theocurrenceofPsrenianustiseasethoughangesinajorsecondaryetabolitesinthoatemetabolisathayutyate metabolismpathway,and diterpene biosynthesis pathway.
