Abstract：【Objective】Thesouthandnorth mountainsofLhasahaveaspecialcimateandareafectedbytheuniquegeographical environmentandfrequenthumanactitiessuchasgaingThevegetationcoveragerateinteareaislowandthenaturalecosystemis obviouslydegradedThestudyofthenichecharacterisicsandspeciesdistributionofshrubplantcommunitiesinthisregioprovides theoreticalupportfoitscoogicalrestoraton.【Methd】TakingthticalshubommunitisintorthandouthmoutaisofLasa Cityas thereseachojects，techewidthandnicheoverlapvalueofthedominantshrubspecieswerecalculatedTevaranceatio（R） method， χ2 test，aociattideedtaspiicssallolc analysis （CCA）was used to explore therelationship between environmental factorsand species distribution.【Result】1）The degreeofnicheoverlapofteainsubpeciesisgeneralllowdinterspecificompetionistitese;tespecieswihlager importancevausndcheiheoomoroeratostigaliium，ndArtemsielbyi2）etespeicoio resultsshowtattarceatiisstanteovealliiyoftmaspecsitsubaeisotsigitlytie andtheinterspecifcelatioshipisinnustablesate;3）edistributionofteaisrubspiesiseatlyectedyideoil thickness，oilteetdliceicaomodi ulicinum have good environmental adaptability and can be used as pioneer species for ecological restoration.
