Abstract： This paper explores how new -quality productive forces empower the high -quality development of rurale-commerce.By analyzing the essence and characteristics of new -quality productive forces，the development trajectory ofrural e-commerce，and therelationship between the two，it highlights the keyroles of technological innovation，data elements，and inteligent tools in driving the transformation and upgrading of rural ecommerce.The study finds that although rural e-commerce has achieved notable success in market size and user growth，it stillfaces challengessuch as insufficient technologicalapplication，difficulties in integrating dataresources，and weak infrastructure.To addressthese issues，the paper proposes strategies including strengthening technological innovation and R&D investment，improving the market mechanisms and governance systems for data elements，optimizing policy support and infrastructure planning，developing a talent cultivation system and digital empowerment ecosystem，and implementing differentiated regional development policies. These measures aim to comprehensively promote the high-qualitydevelopment of rural e-commerce and foster the sustainable development of the rural economy.
