Abstract：Toinvestigate the effctsof differentecological fertilizersonpaddy-field water quality，rice growth and yield during rice-fish co-culture，a field experiment was conducted with five treatments.The control group（CK）received no ecological fertilizer，while treatments 1～4 involved the application of a disease - resistant and growth -promoting fertilizer，anactive biofertilizer，a high -energy silicon fertilizer，anda green ecological fertilizer，respectively.Theresults indicated that Treatments 2and4 significantly increasedrice yield and were more suitable for wider application.Overall，ecological fertilizer application enhanced rice photosynthesis，leaf nutrient status，thousand-grain weight，and grain yield，and improved grain quality，without negatively affecting paddy-field water quality.These findings provide atechnical support for promoting integrated rice ～ fish cultivation.
