Innovation in Rural Financial Services and Cultivation of New - Quality Productive Forces

Abstract： Innovation in rural financial services is a crucial pathway for promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity，but currentlyfaces challenges such as the uneven distribution of financial resources betweenurban and rural areas，limited product innovation，and risksassociated with fintech applications.The cultivation of new -quality productive fores places new demands on rural financial services，including green development，digital transformation，and institutional integration.This paper explores how innovation in rural financial services through digital innovation，product development，and institutional reform can support thecultivation of new productive forces，ofering both theoretical support and practical guidance for rural revitalization. First，the paper analyzes the current status and challenges of rural financial services，highlighting issues such as resource alocation imbalancesand limited product diversity.Second，itconstructs a theoretical framework for financial innovation to facilitate the development of new productive forces，proposing three innovation pathways ： digital innovation，productand service innovation，and institutional reform.Finally，through acase study of Industrial Bank，it summarizes both successul experiences and existing limitations，and puts forward strategies including policy support，technological upgrades，financial literacy promotion，and multi-stakeholder collaboration.This research provides practical insights for financial institutions，government agencies，and related enterprises，contributing to the integrationof rural financial services with new-quality productive forces and supporting rural revitalization and common prosperity.
