Abstract：The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has created new opportunities for rural economic development.As a key component of the rural economy，financial management is directly related to the development of the rural collective economy and to farmers’incomes and living standards.This paper analyzes existing problems inrural financial managementand proposes optimization strategies grounded in thedevelopment of new-quality productive forces，aiming to provide a solid financial guarantee for rural revitalization.Within thebroader context of rural revitalization，an in-depth examination of rural financial managementfrom the perspective of new-quality productive forces is of substantial practical significance.The rollut of relevant policies has optimized rural industrial structures，accelerated rural modernization，and spured the rise of rural e-commerce，rural tourism，and related industries—domains in which sound financial management constitutes a critical link in economic operations.The proposed strategies are aligned withthe characteristics and requirements of new - quality productive forces，are targeted and implementable，and aim to secure robust financial support for rural revitalization.
