“供需适配”视角下涉农高职院校“一站式”学生社区建设的价值和路径研究

Abstract：The"one-stop" student communityinagricultural vocational colleges is a keystrategic initiative to develop a holistic ideological and political education systemand establish anintegrated three-pronged educational framework.However，the current development of "one-stop" student communities faces challenges due to a mismatch between supply and demand. Drawing onthe unique strengths of agricultural vocational colleges，this paper begins by examining the value and significance of student community development，and then analyzes the key challenges encountered in its implementation.It further identifies the gap between student needs and the services provided by "one-stop" communities，and proposes an educational mechanism to better align supply with demand，thereby enhancing the systematicand targeted implementation of ideological and political education.
