乡村振兴模式下涉农高校专业学位研究生培养模式探索

——以西北农林科技大学“乡村治理与发展”专业学位研究生培养专项为例

Abstract： In the context of a new era of postgraduate education， China has clearly emphasized the integration of thefive types of education and the reform of the postgraduate education system.Professional degree educationinagriculture-related universitiesshould align with the strategic needsof ruralrevitalizationand focus on cultivating high-level agricultural profesionalswhoare practice-oriented，application-driven，and professionallycompetent.Leveraging its disciplinarystrengths in agriculture，Northwest A&F Universityhas inovated a university-local collaboration mechanism for talent development，aiming to support the national rural revitalization strategy.The universityhas established off-campus practice bases for the professional degree program in Rural Management and Development.This initiative hasresulted in thecultivation of acohortof postgraduates who are firm in their ideals and beliefs，possess strong theoretical foundations and comprehensive capabilities， and demonstrate robust practical skilsand innovative thinking.These students embody the qualities of“one understanding and two devotions”（i.e.，understanding agriculture，loving rural areas，and caring for farmers）， and arededicated tocontributing to therural revitalization strategy.Throughthis endeavor，a dual-driven，university-local cooperative model for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in agriculture has been effectively developed and explored.
