农职院校在乡村振兴中的人才培养模式与发展对策

Abstract: This study examines the talent development models and strategic innovations of agricultural vocational coleges in the context of Chinas rural revitalization strategy.Despite progress,significant gaps remain in aligning curricula with the evolving demandsof modern agriculture,particularly in the integration of emerging technologies suchas digital agriculture and intelligent farming systems.In adition,a shortage of qualified instructors and limited hands -on training opportunities constrain these institutions’ability to foster students comprehensive competencies and innovation capacity.To address these challenges,agricultural vocational collges are encouraged to deepen school-enterprise collaboration and strengthen the integration of industry,education, andresearch.Such eforts can significantly enhance the practical relevance of instruction and cultivate interdisciplinary profesionals equipped with advanced agricultural technologies,managerial acumen,and innovative thinking.Moreover,fostering cross-disciplinary learning andmulti-dimensional skills developmentis critical for improving students’overall competencies and meeting the diversified needs of rural revitalization efforts.With the continued momentum of educational reformand supportive policy frameworks,agricultural vocational coleges areexpected to further refine their talent development models,thereby providing robust human capital and technological support for the sustained advancement of rural revitalization.
