金花葵对硒的富集特征及其与土壤硒形态的关系

Abstract: A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the selenium (Se)accumulation characteristics of Hibiscus manihot L.and the relationship between Se accumulation in diferent plant organsand Se fractions in the soil.Seven Se concentrations (O,4,8,12,16,20,and 24 mg/kg) were applied to the soil to examine their effcts on Se uptake,translocation,and enrichment in various plant parts.The aim was to providea scientific basis for the selenium-enriched cultivation and utilization of Hibiseu manihot L.The results showed that as soil Se concentration increased,both the translocation factors(TFs)from roots to stems and from pods to seeds,as wellas the bioconcentration factors (BCFs) in stems and seeds,increased markedly.Selenium accumulated predominantly in the stems and seeds,with the Se content in plant organs following the order: stem > root > leaf > seed > pod > flower. Under Se treatments from O to 16mg/kg ,residual Se was the dominant soil Se fraction,accounting for 27.42% to 61.22% . In contrast,under 20 and 24mg/kg treatments,organic -bound Se became predominant,contributing 31.87% to 34.24% .Significant correlations ( P<0.05 )were found between Se contents in plant organs and soil Se fractions,with correlation coefficients exceeding O.837.The Se content in seeds was positively correlated with that in pods,and stem Se content was identified as the primary contributor to Se levels in pods,leaves,and flowers.This study elucidates theSe accumulation characteristics of Hibiseu manihotL.and itsassociations with differentsoil Sefractions.Basedsolelyonsoil Seutilization ffciency, 12mg/kg is recommended as the optimal soil Se concentration for the selenium -enriched cultivation of Hibiseu manihot L.
