Abstract：This paper explores innovative pathways and practical strategies for enhancing ideological and political work in SOEs.By analyzing the current difficulties and limitations in the implementation of such work，the study proposes specific approaches for innovation in concepts，content，methods，and institutional mechanisms.The paper underscores the strategic importance of ideological and political education in the development of SOEs and draws on typical case studies to summarize practical experiences and key insights.The findings suggest that innovating ideological and political work is crucial for enhancing core competitiveness and promoting the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
