Research on the Upright Innovation and Inherited Development of

Outstanding Traditional Huai River Culture in the New Era

Abstract：Huaihe River culture is an important internal gene of human Anhui，nurtured in the early civilization of the Huaihe River Basin.It not only has an early origin，but also has a high degree of development，making important contributions to the formation of early Chinese civilization.It blends with Central Plains culture and Chu culture，and together constitutes the source of Chinese culture.By establishing a sound system and mechanism for the development of Huaihe River culture，innovating and creating distinctive industrial brands of Huaihe River culture，cultivating and establishing a national awareness of Huaihe River culture，and comprehensively promoting contemporary academic research on Huaihe River culture，we will work together to promote the development and utilization of humanistic Huaihe River culture，and help Anhui become a globally influential highland of Huaihe River culture.
