Abstract：Traditional Chinese academies （shuyuan） have a long-standing history and were vital institutions for the dissemination of knowledge and cultural learning in ancient China.Serving multiple functions including education，book collection，and ritual practices，they are regarded as emblematic of Chinese cultural heritage.Throughout historical evolution，the enduring ethos and institutional strengths of these academies have demonstrated their vitality and resilience.In the construction of “one-stop service communities” in vocational colleges today，the traditional academy model offers rich modern value.Its comprehensive pedagogical traditions，harmonious academic culture，and well-structured institutional systems provide valuable references.These features can inform the development of one-stop communities by broadening practical pathways，diversifying educational methods，fostering a humane and collegial atmosphere，and emphasizing institutional excellence rooted in tradition.
