Abstract：With the deepening of educational system reforms，the economic activities of higher education institutions have become increasingly complex，highlighting the growing importance of financial and accounting supervision.This study thoroughly examines the connotation of financial and accounting supervision in higher education，analyzes the existing issues in its implementation，and proposes targeted optimization strategies to provide references for enhancing the governance capabilities of higher education institutions.
