Abstract：This paper explores the practical significance of cultivating positive campus ethos，teaching ethos，and learning ethos in the pursuit of high-quality development in higher vocational colleges.Anchored in the Party’s intra-organizational specialized supervision mechanisms，the study proposes that discipline inspection commissions in vocational colleges should leverage work style construction as a strategic entry point.From the perspective of discipline inspection and supervision，the paper offers precise and actionable measures to effectively advance the coordinated and high-standard development of campus culture，instructional conduct，and student learning attitudes.
