Abstract:Oil salsa bean tubers grow underground,small particles,beans and soil separation difficulties,the northeastregionismostlyblack claysoil,intheinitial sieving iseasytoleadtosoil depositioninthesieve holesto produceaclogging phenomenon,affcting thethreshing eficiencyof theoil salsa bean harvesterand the threshing quality.Aiming attheproblems of easyclogingandlow threshing rate ofthe equipment duringthe harvesting of oil soybeaninthenortheastregion,acomposite sieving oil soybean harvester was developed.The keycomponents of the device,conveyor chain device and drum threshing device,wereoptimised.The Box-Behnken method was used to optimise theconveyor chain device to investigate the efects of different factors ontheremovalrate and the leakage rate.Theresults showed that the optimal working parameters of the mesh chain were vibration height 2O mm,the linear speed of mesh chain 0.9m⋅s-1 ,and theangle ofmesh chain 46∘ .Under these conditions,the removal rate and leakage rate of the primary sieve were 66.83% and 0.55% ,respectively. The tooth shape of the drum threshing device indicatedthat whenthetooth shapewasamixtureofbowedand peggedteth,theefect was good,andtheremoval rate and the breakage rate were 99.33% and 1.10% ,respectively. The modal analysis was carried out using Ansys software showed thatthe device was safe.Above results provided reference for the design of oil salsa bean harvester and promoted the development of oil salsa beancultivation towards industrialisation.
