中国畜牧业绿色全要素生产率的区域差异与收敛性分析

Abstract:Underthebackdropofthe‘dualcarbon’strategy,itisnecessrytoanalysistheregionaldifferencesinChina’s livestock industry’sgreentotal factorproductivityandtesting itsconvergence,whichcanprovideempirical evidencefor achievingregionalgreenandcordinateddevelopmentinthelivestockindustry.Thepanelstatisticaldatafrom31provincialleveladministrativeunits inChinafrom 2OO6 to2O23 wasselected.ByconstructingaSuper-SBMmodelbasedonenvironmental negativeoutputsandcombining itwiththeglobal-Malmquist-Luenberger(GML)indextomeasurethegreentotal factor productivity(GTFP)ofthelivestockindustry,theDagumGinicoeficientwasempiricalyanalyzed,and itsregional differentiation characteristics and formation mechanisms were further employed.Finally,the δG convergence and β convergence modelswereintroducedtotestitsconvergencepaterns.Theresultsindicated,during thestudyperiod,theaveragevalueof China's GTFP index for the livestock industry was 0.979 ,showing an overall negative growth trend. The key influencing factor wasgreentechologicalprogress,whichexhibitedsignificantegionalnon-equilibium.ThoveralldiferencesinGPith livestockindustyexhbitedafuctuating trendoffistnaowingandthenwidening.In2O23,theoverallGinicoefcientoseto a historical peak of O.136,with inter-regional diferences being the primary source of spatial disparities.The δ0 convergence of theGTFP of the livestock industry was not significant,but it exhibited absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence characteristics.Therefore,the govermment should focusonenhancing gren technological progress,strengthening interprovincial capital and technology flows,and promoting regional coordinated development.
