我国农业科技国际合作机制创新与成效分析:基于5个典型模式的研究

Abstract: Current global agricultural development faces challenges such as climate changeand food security, making it particularlyimportant to strengthen international cooperation inagricultural scienceand technology.Asa majornation in agricultural scienceand technology,itis imperative for China tosystematicallysortout its international cooperation practices.Based on5institutional mechanisms including intergovernmental cooperation, jointresearch and development,demonstration bases,cooperativeparks,andmarket-led models,this studyselected 5 typicalcase models forcomparative analysis.Theresults found that China’s international agricultural science and technologycooperation efectivelydrived the transformationand capacitybuildingofagricultural industries inpartner countries while ensuring project sustainability through technological innovation,technology adaptation,synergy between livelihoodsand ecology,regional radiation,andinstitutional innovation.Research recommendations suggested that future efortsshould strengthen top-level design,innovate market-oriented cooperation models, depen the integrationof industry,academia,andresearch,and prioritize local talentcultivation toenhance cooperation eficiency.These measures provided a Chinese solution forbuilding a community with a shared future in the agricultural sector.
